Restoring files & folders

By using Ghost explorer you can add and remove files from a FAT32 image. You can also extract files from a FAT32 image. Within image files, Ghost Explorer supports general Windows cut and paste functionality. This includes copying, pasting, moving, deleting and adding files to images.

So what this means is if all you need is a single file of folder you can get it with out having to restore the whole partition.
